"Horrible service"
The service at your Woodruff Rd, Greenville Sc is horrible. They are very slow, don't have sugar substitutes, can't make change correctly and are VERY rude! Totally incompetent.

"No refund"
Ordered a hot fudge Sunday after I paid for it they informed me they had no hot fudge and refused to return the money for it. Then while I was trying to speak to a manager they sent food out to the customer with someone who looked as if they hadn't bathed for months and there cloths not washed as long. Super gross and dirty.

"Flat fried eggs out."
I understand the time have change with cost and performances. However, making a egg and cheese burrito is not hard. Maybe there is a different cook. But I like my egg full and fluffy and not flat and fried crispy. I hope management can direct employees on how food and establishment should be first. I love eating the burritos there but not anymore.

"Dissatisfied with Product"
I ordered my grand daughter a Hot Fudge Sundae - Picked it up and it only had Ice Cream and Hot Fudge
The Sonic app included the Whipped Cream and Cherry - only option was to tap to remove any of the 4 ingredients.
I asked and was told those are extra and I would need to ask for them as I would for a Blast. I told them they advertise the Sundae with all 4 ingredients. And the Blast with only 2 ingredients. So that did not make since to me. I did a search and came up with several confirmations that Whipped Cream and Cherry are included items for a Hot Fudge Sundae. So how would I know I need to ask? They did not try to fix the issue.
Not to mention earlier this week they wanted to charge my co-worker.42 cents for 1-wedge of lemon for her tea. She called the manager Bandy and never received a call back.
We work next to this Sonic at 2723 FM 521 Suite A in Fresno, TX... We go there daily and purchase Ice twice a week for the office. We will not be going to this Sonic.

"No cherries in cherry limeade"
Every time I get a cherry limeaid it never has one single cherry on it. How can you call it cherry limeade without the cherry? Stop being so lazy or cheap and at least put one cherry in it or do you have to order extra to get one.

"6:55"
Hadn't been to a sonic, but saw their new double cheeseburger toast burger on an ad so we drove 20 miles to try the sonic in Marion, Ohio. Went through the drive through annd saw the and for that sandwich going across the display board too and so ordered that. They said they didn't have that available anymore. So then we ordered a sonic blast and they said we couldn't order any ivmce cream either. SO I got a regular cheeseburger toasted sandwich. It took 13 minutes at the window waiting and then when we pulled away to eat, the toast wasn't even toasted. It was just sandwich bread with a burger in between!

"Will not ever go back"
I will not ever go back to sonic I waited for 15 minutes to actually put my order in and never got to order other people came in after me and got their orders so I left and went somewhere else. Don't go to the sonic in ashland ky. Add a video or photo? Lol oh no coz I never got to order!

Last few times i went,
The car hop kept my change for their tip,
Did NOT ask,
Just did it!

That is unacceptable,
So never went back!
If i do,
I will have the correct amount of my order only!

"Sad 8pc uncooked sticks on Mozzarella Day"
Mozzarella stick are uncooked and cheap cheese is horrible. If customer buy a 8pc, then they should be given more than 1 sauce. Mem[his,Tn *******

"Fraudulent transactions and management unwilling to correct the error"
Tried to order a hamburger and fries three times with different credit cards. Each time the web site said the payment didn't go through (hence why I tried three times with the same order) so I frustratingly went somewhere else to eat. Later that day I noticed that I received three emails confirming the orders went through and then noticed three charges on my credit card in pending status. Figured they might be cancelled out since I never went to the store or picked any of them up but several days later I noticed that all three charges finalized. At this point I called the store manager and she acted like she knew that the orders had been picked up without even asking my name, payment information or anything else that would have been important in confirming the order. She acted confident in saying she couldn't help even when I pointed out her lack of knowledge about the transactions. In the end I received my refund by going to the corporate contact and submitted a complaint against her so the one item remaining is my complete lack of desire to every go to Sonic again.

"Cool food"
We usually get our food very hot. Today we went to the Sonic at 5501 S. Cooper, Arlington, TX. The food was slow to come out and it was not very warm at all. The cheese was not even melted. We were disappointed in the food and the slow service.

"Taste Horrible, is it horse or something else"
Wife just went to sonic drive inn in west valley city and brought back 2 cheeseburgers with fries, this is the worst food I can remember getting in the last 65 years of my life. Were seriously wondering if this is even beef, has a very funny taste, I won't even give this to my dogs. Im seriously considering taking these hamburgers over to the board of health and have them tested. This is Ridiculous I was starving and this definatinly ruined my appetite. I really hope i'm not getting sick from this, I'm thinking maybe they are cooking rotten hamburger and selling it now. I would avoid this place at all costs

"Wow, can't believe they call it food."
The service is good. The food is terrible. The chicken is 80% breading. The fries are pastey. I have to say most of the fast food places have cut overhead by serving poor quality, "food items".

"Terrible Sonic"
Terrible Sonic. Poor management team. Additional customer service training is needed. Soda machine out. Mila wouldn’t refund me for the soda and the GM was standing right there and didn’t offer a resolution. They tried to steal my money. A bunch of crooks. Called customer care and they had the same GM call me. What was she going to do? Erica wouldn’t even address the issue while it was happening and she was standing right there. Mila tried to avoid telling me she couldn’t refund me for the soda. Very deceptive practices going on here. Mila and Erica need to go back to school and learn some customer service skills. Or find new jobs. Shame on Sonic for hiring these 2.

"I got milkshakes from Sonic spendin…"
I got milkshakes from Sonic spending almost $12 and only ONE of the FOUR milkshakes that i received was the right one. So my money was wasted since i couldn’t drink the wrong ones. I contacted support and all they wanted to give me was $5 credit and a reward for a milkshake. That doesn’t add up to the money that i spent and why would i go back again for them to make a mistake again and waste more time and money. And when i told them that wasn’t enough i haven’t heard back from customer support!
